Great family run business with family type of service! I called around 5:30 pm the lady was polite and accommodating even though I told her I need my air conditioner fixed by 10am! I was there at 8am opening and they were done in less than an hour and AC is ice cold! Thank you so much!

My air conditioning went out while I was driving from Iowa to the Valley, and I was in desperate need of an honest, reliable mechanic. After searching online, Kool2U came up with outstanding reviews, so I decided to give them a call. I’m so glad I did! From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness and professionalism. My technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The owners went above and beyond to fit my repair into their busy schedule so I could get back on the road and return to work on time. I was extremely impressed with both the quality of the repair and the fair pricing. Finding a trustworthy mechanic, especially while traveling, can be stressful, but Kool2U exceeded all my expectations. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, dependable, and exceptional service. Thank you, Kool2U, for turning a stressful situation into such a positive experience!

This company was nothing, but an absolute privilege to work with. They are very organized, punctual, professional and just overall wonderful people, this is a family ran buisness and everyone single one of them from the mom, daughter , dad and dad's right hand man were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They are very upfront and transparent with everything including the prices of their services and time management. I couldn't have asked for a better company to have helped me . I will definitely be referring friends and family to them .

This Kool2u repair shop is great, they itemize everything, keep you updated on the progress, The mother and daughter that run the business in the front do a great job. The husband does the car repairs and he is good, I mean good. Honest people running an honest business. My 2016 Buick La Crosse blows air so cold now it blows colder than when it was new. Take your cars to this place you will be glad you did. Pricing is what you would pay anywhere else but here you get lifetime warranty on parts and 5 years warranty on the labor. Try and find someone who can beat that. That’s why it’s worth what you pay. I’m just writing this honest review because I just had my Buick repaired and I am very satisfied. Have a good day.

I usually work on my own cars, but I have little knowledge on AC systems so I took my car to them to get it repaired. I bought a used Honda element with the AC not working and got it diagnosed and fixed within 1-2 days. They texted/called me with updates they had. Awesome mechanic and receptionist! super knowledgeable team. Now my cabin is nice and cold 🥶 Thank you so much!
